General Questions

Every course requires Valid Identification and a social security card. Each course has specific requirements which can be found in our course guide. 

Yes, all of our programs are approved by the Ohio Board of Career Colleges. Our Medication Aide program is approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing, and STNA Course is approved by Ohio Department of Health

Yes, all of our instructors meet or exceed the required qualifications for their approved program.

  • STNA Course is 75 hours ( 11days) Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30pm Classroom/Lab (Clinicals 7am-3:30pm)
  • Medication Aide course is 120 hours (4 weeks) Monday- Friday 9:00am-3:00pm Classroom/lab (Clinicals 7am-3:30)
  • Phlebotomy Course is 56 hours (7 days) Monday- Friday 8am-4pm Classroom/lab/clinical

Yes, our program requires a valid STNA certification, however there is no longer a time requirement for having your license before you can enroll in the course.

Each program has different requirements. Our Medication Aide and Phlebotomy Programs require a High School Diploma or equivalent. The STNA program does not require a High School Diploma, but students must be 16 years of age or older to enroll.

Students are welcome to apply to VIP Supreme Staffing after one year of work experience in their field.

Yes, we offer onsite BCI & FBI Criminal Background checks for $75.00.

Most of our courses require students to be 18 years of age to enroll. However, our STNA course has an age requirement of 16 years old or older.

We do not offer scholarships or Financial Aid currently. However, we do offer installment plans for all our courses.

We will begin offering course bundle packages in August 2024. There are discounts available for enrolling in more than one course.

Our graduation rate is 95%

Refund Policy (Ohio Administrative Rule 3332-1-10)

  1. If your registration application is not approved, all payments to the school will be refunded. 
  2. If a student decides to withdraw, the withdrawal date shall be last date of recorded attendance. 
  3. Refunds shall be made within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) of the date of determination of withdrawal.
  4. Tuition refund is based upon the amount of tuition that was paid on the account.

Programs 26- 599 hours

  1. A student who withdraws before the first class and after the 5-day cancellation period shall be obligated for the registration fee.  
  2. A student who starts class and withdraws before the academic term is 15% completed will be obligated for 25% of the tuition and refundable fees plus the registration fee.   
  3. A student who starts class and withdraws after the academic term is 15% but before the academic term is 25% completed will be obligated for 50% of the tuition and refundable fees plus the registration fee.  
  4. A student who starts class and withdraws after the academic term is 25% complete but before the academic term is 40% completed will be obligated for 75% of the tuition and refundable fees plus the registration fee.  
  5. A student who starts class and withdraws after the academic term is 40% completed will not be entitled to a refund of the tuition and fees.  

 Refunds will not be issued for overpayments of $5.00 or less.  Students are unable to return books or supplies if they have been opened or used.
